CPRA REQUEST — Building permit RES-2603471, 4880 T Street, Sacramento, CA 95819 (APN 011-0135-010-0000)
Requester: Christopher T. Foley, authorized representative for the owner.
This request is limited to ONE subject: permit RES-2603471 and its relationship to the closure of Case 23-009185.
The one-page inspection history the City produced on June 23, 2026 under Request 26-2487 shows permit RES-2603471 with current status "Expired Permit" and an entry dated 04/02/2026, "84 Bldg-Siding In Prog," approved by Paul Lovato.
I request:
1. The complete permit file for RES-2603471, including the application, plans or the record that plans were not required, the fee record, all inspection records, and all correspondence.
2. All records reflecting the permit category assigned to RES-2603471 and the basis for that assignment, including any record assigning it to a "Residential Housing-Minor" or "Plans not required" category.
3. All records of any final inspection, certificate of completion, certificate of occupancy, or final sign-off issued on RES-2603471, or all records reflecting that none was issued and the reason.
4. All records reflecting the expiration of RES-2603471, including the expiration date, any notice of expiration sent, and any record of renewal, extension, or reinstatement.
5. All records reflecting the relationship, if any, between permit RES-2603471 and the disposition "Work Completed" entered on Case 23-009185 on 06/18/2026 — including any record showing whether the case was closed on the basis of this permit, and whether a permit in "Expired Permit" status with no final inspection was treated as satisfying the case.
6. All records identifying what work RES-2603471 authorized, and which violations cited in this case, if any, that work was intended to resolve.
If the City locates no responsive record for any item, please state that expressly and produce the records of the search, including who made the no-records determination under Gov. Code section 7922.540(b).
