Building/Planning, Code Enforcement Case #23-009185 CPRA REQUEST — Case 23-009185 / 4880 T Street, Sacramento, CA 95819 (APN 011-0135-010-0000) Requester: Christopher T. Foley, authorized representative for the owner. This request is limited to ONE subject: photographs taken at 4880 T Street on 06/18/2026 by City personnel, and every file attached to Case 23-009185 on or after 03/05/2026. The DOCUMENTS index in the File Summary Report dated 08/18/2026, released 08/28/2026 under Request 26-3395, lists its last "Case Photo" entry as IMG_1166 (1).jpeg, dated 03/04/2026. Request 26-3397, for the 06/18/2026 photographs in native form or the record of their deletion or non-retention, was answered on 08/28/2026 with one document — the City's Records Retention Schedule — and closed "All responsive records have been provided." Request 26-3406 was answered the same day that the requested records "are not beyond retention." I request: 1. Every photograph taken at 4880 T Street on 06/18/2026 by any City employee, in native format with EXIF metadata, from any City system, any City-issued device, and any personal device used for City business on that visit (City of San Jose v. Superior Court (2017) 2 Cal.5th 608). 2. Every file attached to Case 23-009185 in CitizenServe, Accela, or any other City system on or after 03/05/2026, with the system's file name, created-date, and created-by fields for each. 3. If no photograph was taken at 4880 T Street on 06/18/2026, an express statement to that effect, and the record of the search of the inspector's City-issued device and City accounts on which that statement rests. This is not a duplicate of Request 26-3397: that request was closed with a retention schedule and without any photograph, any deletion record, or any statement that no photograph exists. It is not a duplicate of Request 26-3395, whose production contains no photograph dated after 03/04/2026. Please produce records in their native electronic format with metadata (Gov. Code section 7922.570). If no responsive record exists for any item above, please state that expressly for that item and produce the records of the search: which systems and custodians were searched, the search terms and parameters used, the date of the search, the identity of the person who performed it, and the identity of the person who made the no-records determination under Gov. Code section 7922.540(b).
