CPRA REQUEST — Complete financial ledger, Case 23-009185 / 4880 T Street, Sacramento, CA 95819 (APN 011-0135-010-0000)

This request is limited to ONE subject: every dollar the City assessed against this property and its current status.
I request:
1. The complete financial ledger for Case 23-009185 and for 4880 T Street, in the native format in which it is maintained, showing every fee, administrative penalty, inspection charge, monitoring fee, administrative cost, special assessment, and interest charge assessed; the date of each; the invoice number of each; and the statutory or code authority for each.
2. All records of every payment, credit, waiver, reversal, adjustment, write-off, and refund applied, with dates and amounts, and the balance as of the date of the City's response.
3. All records concerning the payment processed on or about 05/12/2026 in the amount of $4,252.48 (case entry references CR # FY2600535, CK #2492), including what invoices it was applied to and any remaining balance after it was applied.
4. All records concerning invoice CDDCHC24459 in the amount of $410.40 and the $380 special assessment reflected in the April 10, 2026 Housing and Code Enforcement Appeals Board entry, including the authority for each charge, its current status, and whether either was transmitted to the County for placement on the tax roll.
5. All records concerning City Council Resolutions 2026-0035 and 2026-0036, adopted 02/10/2026, placing special assessments on this property, including the amounts, current status, and any record of removal, rescission, or line-out.
6. All records reflecting any amount the City has determined is owed, refundable, or subject to adjustment on this case following its closure on 06/18/2026.
