The notice of final disposition, notice of compliance, release, rescission, or expungement recorded or transmitted for recording against 4880 T Street or APN 011-0135-010-0000 following the June 18, 2026 closure of Case 23-009185, including the recording date and the County Recorder document number. 2. If no such notice has been recorded or transmitted for recording, all records reflecting: whether recording a notice of final disposition was considered; who determined whether to record one; any decision, instruction, or communication deciding not to record one or deferring it; and the date of any such decision. 3. All City written policies, procedures, desk manuals, checklists, or training materials governing when and how a notice of final disposition under Health and Safety Code section 17985(b) is prepared, approved, and recorded, and which position is responsible for doing so. 4. All records identifying every instrument the City has recorded or transmitted for recording against this property or APN in connection with Case 23-009185 — including any notice of violation, notice of substandard building, notice of pendency, lien, or special assessment — with the recording date and document number for each, and the current status of each. 5. All records concerning the lien referenced in the case activity entry dated 04/30/2026 ("PU-23-009185 for CDDCHC18820, this was liened on 08/20/2024, updated account"), including its recording information and whether it has been released. If the City locates no responsive record for any item, please state that expressly as to that item and produce the records of the search: which departments, custodians, and systems were searched, the search terms used, the date of the search, who performed it, and who made the no-records determination under Gov. Code section 7922.540(b). No prior request in this matter has sought the notice of final disposition, the City's recording policies, or the release status of recorded instruments.
