Local rendering of NextRequest request 26-3402

CPRA CPRA REQUEST — Processing records for Request 26-2490, and 2026 extension log Requester: Christopher T. Foley. This request is limited to ONE subject: the City's actual processing of Request 26-2490, and how the City's use of extensions on that request compares to its practice generally. Request 26-2490 was filed June 23, 2026. As of the date of this request no determination has been made and four extension notices have issued. I request: 1. All records of the search performed to date in response to Request 26-2490, including: the date a search was first initiated; every custodian whose accounts or devices have been searched and every custodian identified but not yet searched; the systems searched (including Microsoft 365 or Purview eDiscovery, any journaling or archive tier, backup media, and mobile device management); the search terms, date ranges, and parameters used; the number of items returned; the number reviewed to date; and the identity of every person who performed or supervised any part of that search. 2. All records supporting the determination that this request involves a volume of materials requiring additional time, including any volume estimate, hit count, search report, or review-rate calculation, and the identity of the person who made that determination. 3. All internal communications concerning the processing of Request 26-2490, including any communication concerning whether to extend, close, or publish it. 4. All records reflecting the decision to leave Request 26-2490 unpublished on the public portal, and the City's written policy governing which requests are published and which are not. 5. A log or report of every Public Records Act extension notice the City issued in calendar year 2026, showing request number, notice date, and number of extensions per request. This is a standard NextRequest report and the request does not ask the City to create a new record. If the City locates no responsive record for any item, please state that expressly and produce the records of the search, including who made the no-records determination under Gov.
