Building/Planning, Code Enforcement Case #23-009185 CPRA REQUEST — Case 23-009185 / 4880 T Street, Sacramento, CA 95819 (APN 011-0135-010-0000) Requester: Christopher T. Foley, authorized representative for the owner. This request is limited to ONE subject: whether specific building systems were ever inspected at any point in this case, from March 2023 to the present. For each of the following, I request all inspection reports, field notes, checklists, photographs, and activity entries reflecting whether an inspection was performed at 4880 T Street at any time during Case 23-009185: 1. Gas piping and gas appliance connections, including the clothes dryer gas connection. 2. Plumbing systems. 3. Electrical systems, including any inspection performed by or in the company of a licensed electrician, electrical contractor, or City electrical inspector. 4. Structural conditions in the interior of the dwelling. 5. Exterior siding, including the siding at the fireplace. For each of the five categories, if the City holds no record that such an inspection was performed, please state that expressly as to that category and produce the records of the search: which systems and custodians were searched, the search terms used, the date of the search, who performed it, and who made the no-records determination under Gov. Code section 7922.540(b). A category-by-category response is requested. A single global statement covering all five categories will not identify which inspections occurred and which did not.
