This request is limited to ONE subject: which cited violations the City determined were corrected, and the record supporting each determination. I request: 1. All records identifying which specific violations, conditions, or code sections cited in the April 12, 2023 Notice and Order — and in any subsequent notice, correction notice, or correction list issued in this case — the City determined had been corrected. 2. For each such violation, the record on which the correction determination was based, and the date and identity of the person who made it. 3. All records reflecting any determination that a cited violation was NOT corrected, was withdrawn, was found not to exist, was superseded, or was resolved by any means other than correction. 4. All records identifying what specific permit was required of this property, for what specific scope of work, as referenced by the violation code cited in the April 12, 2023 Notice and Order. If the City locates no responsive record for any item, please state that expressly and produce the records of the search: which systems and custodians were searched, the search terms used, the date of the search, who performed it, and who made the no-records determination under Gov. Code section 7922.540(b). This request does not ask the City to answer legal questions or to create any record.
