This request is limited to ONE subject: photographs taken at the property on June 18, 2026. I request: 1. All photographs, video, or images captured at or of 4880 T Street on June 18, 2026 by any City employee, contractor, or agent, in native file format with all metadata intact. 2. All records reflecting the upload, transfer, storage, or attachment of those images to any City system, including the date and account used. 3. If no such images exist in any City system, all records reflecting whether images were captured on that date and what became of them, including any deletion, non-retention, or failure-to-upload record. 4. All City policies, retention schedules, or written guidance governing the retention of inspection photographs by Code Enforcement. If the City locates no responsive record, please state that expressly and produce the records of the search: which systems and custodians were searched, including any mobile device or camera assigned to the staff present that day, the search terms used, the date of the search, who performed it, and who made the no-records determination under Gov. Code section 7922.540(b). Context for the search, not a request for legal conclusions: Request 26-2206 was closed June 4, 2026 with "The City does not have any records responsive to this request" as to inspection photographs taken at this property on September 16, 2025.
