California Public Records Act Request — City of Sacramento
Requester: Christopher T. Foley, authorized representative for the owner of 4880 T Street,
Sacramento, CA 95819 (APN 011-0135-010-0000). Code Enforcement Case 23-009185.
Under the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code section 7920.000 et seq.), I request the most
recent inspection report, and all completed inspection reports, for Case 23-009185 / the property
at 4880 T Street (APN 011-0135-010-0000), including without limitation:
1. Any interior and/or exterior inspection report prepared in this case;
2. The inspection report(s) underlying the determination recited in the April 12, 2023 Notice and
Order, which states that the Chief Building Official "has caused to be inspected and has
determined" the building to be substandard and/or dangerous;
3. The inspection report(s) for the August 21, 2025 backyard inspection and the September 16, 2025
walkthrough; and
4. Any inspection report or inspection-findings document held in CitizenServe or Accela.

If no completed inspection report exists for any item above, please state so expressly for that
