Code Enforcement Case #23-009185

This is a follow-up to Request #25-3549 (re: the email Paul Lovato claimed he sent).

In the official case record for Case 23-009185, the “General Case Information” entry dated 09/11/2025 (Paul Lovato) states: “I replied back to the email stating: Chris, Thank you for reaching out…”

The City’s response to Request #25-3549 produced the email chain showing Paul’s email dated 09/02/2025 2:43 PM beginning with “Chris, Thank you…”, but the recipient list shown does not include my email (christophertf@gmail.com) and instead includes additional Gmail recipients.

This creates a record discrepancy: the case log implies Paul replied to me, but the produced email shows I was not a recipient.

Please provide one of the following:

Proof the “Chris, Thank you…” email was sent to christophertf@gmail.com, including full headers and/or message trace/delivery logs showing my address in To/CC/BCC; or
Written confirmation that no City record shows it was sent to me, and that the 09/11/2025 case log statement is inaccurate/misleading as written and should be corrected/clarified.
