Scope: Bo Cosley's photographs from the 09/16/2025 inspection walkthrough at 4880 T Street —
expanded beyond R.26-2206 to add the property's own CCTV stills, new custodial/search leads, file
metadata, device/account identifiers, upload/deletion/non-retention/search records, and policy
records.

Closure: closed the same day as a DUPLICATE of R.26-2206 (which was itself closed "The City does not
have any records responsive to this request") — notwithstanding the new evidence and the new record
categories this request added.
